Phoenix tokens didn't upgrade

Hi!
My Phoenix tokens didn't upgrade, they're currently as they were before the phoenix revamp. I've avoided purchasing phoenix boxes since this happened so I don't have any unfair advantages. Any advice outside submitting a ticket (which I already did).
