Account system down?

I tried logging in today and STO is asking me for a one-time code. I was able to login fine yesterday. But the issue today is even though it's asking me the code, I'm not receiving it at my gmail address. I checked spam and all the usual places. After about 5 mins, the game times out and I get the following error vm3whljichp1.jpg

is anyone else experiencing account verification issues? I'm getting the Arc Defender emails fine, but not the one from crypticstudios.com
