    Romulan Republic characters should remember to get this mission from Lt. Ferra at Starfleet Academy or Lt. S'stas at Klingon Academy. Do not take the mission from Centurion Velaar as it is bugged and there is no Cmdr. Rojal to turn it in.

    There shouldn't be an issue for Jem'Hadar as they can only take the Allied Faction version of the mission from Ferra or S'stas.
    Can you provide a screenshot of your mission journal with the mission and I'll try to figure out the problem and suggest a solution?
