Most of my ships had Loadouts enabled?

I have never used loadouts, turned loadouts on.
A few days ago, I logged on and noticed a few ships had loadouts enabled? I could not disable this feature on my ships. It had happened to about 1/4 of my ships. It was very frustrating as I use different Warp Cores, shields, and so forth depending on the mission for different ships. This was a pain to say the least.
Last night I logged on to find about half my ships had loadouts enabled?
I dismissed a ship to erase the loadout and set it up as normal then reclaimed it. This fixed one ship of about 15-20.
Tonight, I logged on to find most of my ships had loadouts enabled.
The ship that I dismissed has loadouts ENABLED again along with most of my ships!?
Can we have the option to de-select loadouts or disable loadouts altogether?
Some of my ships cannot be reclaimed and are now stuck with loadouts that I have to either buy multiple loadouts, or just not use...
This is a royal pain.
