New Lobi Kit Modules character bind on pickup after last patch

I had several Lobi kit modules from the new Lower Decks selections on a character and planned to post them on the exchange. They were had not been equipped yet and I had no problem doing that earlier in the week. However, after the last patch, the modules were suddenly character bound and stuck on my character. Ideally, I would love to be able to put the module on the exchange as I had planned. Worst case, is there a way to at least move the kit module to a different character who can actually use the module?

Items aside from the traits in the ground and space sections of the lobi store are supposed to be bind on pickup to character. I would suggest putting in a ticket to cs about removing the items and refunding the lobi.
