Characters not appearing in character selection list despite support telling me they are active

I contacted support recently and asked for a list of my currently active and previously deleted characters since I started playing in 2014. They provided me with a list of my currently active characters which contained 45 names. I went through and checked my character list and I only have 43 characters available to select from out of the list of 45 active characters they presented me with. The two missing characters are 'Foundry' & 'Four of Twelve'. Support told me to post here and wait for a response!

With the Foundry gone, a character like 'Foundry' likely disappeared with it.

This was brought to my attention and I investigated that the character was indeed a foundry character.
