Star Trek Online will have PC Maintenance tomorrow, 1/27, at 7am PT. Estimated downtime is 2.5 hours. You can find the patch notes here:

    Resolved an issue that was preventing KDF Aligned Captains from accessing Rura Penthe in the Beta Penthe System.
    This will make a lot of players very happy - nice job!
