Privateer Outfit Question

Can anyone who owns the Privateer outfit tell me if its only a "off duty" outfit or can BOFFs wear it? Wiki didn't have much info, and the info on the box in the lobi store doesn't state any specifics, as usual. Also, is it suffering from the clipping issues that seem to be affecting a lot of outfits over the past couple of months? Thanks.
