You'll need to elaborate. But I'd check your Bank. Otherwise, you'll need to post in the Support Forum, not here in General Discussion.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Your Bank, maybe? That's where I put mine for the rest of the year. If you've discarded them though, they're not reclaimable.

How would we know where you put your own stuff?

If you are open to suggested places to look....
My lesser-used boffs tend to hold my seasonal stuff in storage. Check weapons/devices that your bridge officers are holding.

Also, when you click your weapon/device slots for your captain, you *should* get a list of all the stuff that can go there. The winter weapons and devices would be shown there.

This assumes you didn't delete things. They are bound items, so it's not like you could have emailed/sold them or moved them to another character.

Inventory/bank/your captain/bridge officers. That's pretty much all the places you will find character-bound, winter event ground stuffs.

Most likely exactly where you left them last year. Unless you discarded them in which case you'll need to buy them again.

To add to the above list, if you have multiple captains you might be looking at the wrong one.
