elite token upgrade button problem

hi guys ive got tokens too upgrade toons too elite but some toons got no token upgrade button
thats spose too be under character 3d image is there away around this thanks guys if you can help
iam life member on all accounts problem is on tribble there is 2 toon i still cant get upgrade button too show
too upgrade toon kendall ive even tried going several different places too
see if that would help but still no button showing anyone know what too try next already deleted 2 toons because of no button showing all toons lvl 65 still no upgrade button for elite token upgrade
