All toons removed from fleet

Hi I hope some one from the fleet task force sigma (xb1) can help me all my toons have been removed from the fleet did I do something wrong or is there a bug with the system

    If you have saved any in-game mails from fleet officers or have any other contact info then ask them. An officer in your fleet removed you not Cryptic.

    As mentioned above, it couldn't have been on Cryptic's side. You'll have to speak with Fleet Leadership on why you're characters got booted.
