Story Arc: "Lost Dominion" not available

I am Past lvl 65 KDF officer,playing on PC, and way past this mission's original position in "Episodes" list (Doing Iconian War now). I played this mission before it was moved from that list on another characters, and wanted to play in on this one. but for some reason I can't find the mission in "Available" tab. I even tried going directly to J'mpok, but he doesn't have it neither.

Under "Mission Replay" I only have "Cold War", "Spectres" and "Wasteland", and under "Chancellor J'mpok" I have only "The Centre Cannot Hold"

It's quite possible you've 'played' the mission as it autocompletes when you reach DS9 in Sector Space.
Try heading over to DS9 and see if Mesi Achebe auto-hails you, or if there' a button to speak with her to get the next mission in the chain, Second Wave.
