Rhode Island ship skin is not showing in ship customization for Nova Sci vessels.

I have two variants of the Sci vessel: The Sci vessel refit and (mirror) sci vessel retrofit, and neither are showing the Rhode Island parts as part of the customization section. My Sci vessel refit has the Rhode Island parts on, but only cause I just got it and haven't altered the ship's configuration yet. I hope this can be fixed so I could try out those newer revisions on the Rhode Island parts.
