Rhode Island skin not unlocking on Nova class

I have the T5U Nova, the T2 Nova and the T2 refit Nova, but the Rhode Island skin simply isn't unlocking. Neither as whole skin nor as individual parts, nacelles, saucer, etc. On none of these ships. All I have are the three default skins. Seems to be a problem with my whole account, since other toons also can't unlock it. On reddit several people have stated they also suffer from this issue.

I had this issue before and I had hoped with the new skin for the Nova it would have been resolved. Unfortunately, that is not the case

    Thought I was the only one, hope we can get this resolved soon.
