Delta Rising: Operations Pack is out on console but

i have all ready bought 5 of the ships. i would have bought pack if it had been available earlier. if i buy it now does cost of what i have already bought get deducted? could we get a special console version without the ships for people who have all bought some or all of the ships. there is already a console only Cross Faction Bundle with 3 of the ships so i cant be the only one this has append to.

No. There is no discounting on bundles except where a 'Starter' pack of the same type has been bought, and then, it's a set amount. There are way too many variation of possible bundles they would have make to account for what you want due to the large number of ships in the bundle.
