I cant turn or zoom in in ship preview in the ship vendor

    That 'preview' is just a static image, hence it cannot be turned or zoomed.
    It's been like that on consoles since the game launched in 2016.

    No you were able to turn it untill the update to the risa event

    When I first started playing in the summer of 2018, I remember you could spin the ships in the store. No idea exactly when it stopped being the case, but they've been static images for a very long time now.

    It's a bug introduced with the new event menu
