Specialization Skills Broken / Unable to level up

As the title say - got points to use yet when you "purchase", nothing happens!! Goes through the dialogue boxes & that's it.. Skill purchase doesn't show. NO point spent.. nothing!!

Tried multiple trees & always the same.. Zip.. Zero.. NOTHING!!!

Same issue here. I used a skill retrain to see if I could reset the skill trees, so now I can't add skills at all. Level 23 and can't spend skill points.
