Event campaign reward Missing T6 Crossfield spearhead Refit traits-consoles- and slots

as per details stated the t6 crossfield spearheads layout would come with the following but it did not , i also have screenshots of the reward info details stated it would come with the following ->detached nacelles, Federation Battle Cloak (32c.), Console - Universal - Kwejian Assault Craft, 3 engine slots, and 1 universal slot. as confirmed with arcgames support crew member "Xillahnes" who confirmed them self that the t6 crossfield spearhead is suppose to come with the listed layout details above, as in Xillahnes own replied words "I can confirm that those things should be included in the Crossfield Science Spearhead Refit detached nacelles, Federation Battle Cloak (32c.), Console - Universal - Kwejian Assault Craft, 3 engine slots" support crew member Zeon who confirmed the ship is suppose to come with the listed things above just as it stated it would in the box before opening it , Zeon also stated " Upon review, this seems to be a known issue right now. Are you talking about the Crossfield Refit not being in the TFO Event campaign box? If so, it released after the cutoff date so it would not be in that box as the cutoff was December 31st, 2020 and the Refit was released this year.
