when trying to link my account to epic games, i ended up being informed by support (epic) that it is only possible to "link" a fully created account through epic's laucher, but that would not be linking an old account, but creating a new one, right?

    Launching with the Epic Launcher will create a completely new account unless you link an existing account first.
    Be sure you read stuff carefully so that you can link your account properly before buying any addon packs from Epic.
