Kelvin Timeline Sleeveless Top clipping

Bug/Issue Description: The Kelvin Timeline Starfleet Sleeveless top is clipping with female characters that have the breast slider all the way to the left (smaller). It "solves" itself the larger you go on the slider. The standard Kelvin Timeline Starfleet top is not affected by this.
Steps to Reproduce: Enter the tailor and equip the Kelvin Timeline Starfleet Sleeveless Top under the Jacket - Tight category on a female character and then move her breast slider all the way to the left.
