Genesis Device spawns, yet disappears in 2-3 seconds for Klingons?

Not sure why it beams in and then quickly disappears, it does not do that for my Federation Characters, or my Romulan's either.

Seems only regular Klingons can't use the Genesis Device, they should be smart enough...



Strangely however it works fine for both my Ferasan, and my Disco Klingon?

Strangely I had no problems with any of my toons using it, except my Klingon yesterday and I tried on Several maps.

Yet today for some reason it works fine on Risa.

Temporary Glitch, or something resolved on the backend? Don't know...
