Technically a Delta Recruit char I had lying around, can't complete Subcommander promotion mission as Klingon aligned Romulan. Kererek does not have the dropdown - went to ship managers on fleet and command center as I'd seen that had effect in past, but no good. Can't drop mission to get it again, so I can't collect the ship token for 20.
