Mission - Empress Sela - 4K Resolution/Scaling Bug

I encounter the below scaling bug during the mission "Empress Sela" when you are required to watch the security camera footage. The issue happens for both cameras you are required to view. I am running the game in full 4K resolution 3840x2160 on a 43inch screen.
