Dilithium Costs on tier 3-4 ships

I started a new character to stand alone. I planned on buying the dacoit flight deck carrier, however the dilithum cost for this ship is 64k. That is 8 days worth of dilithum. Which is hard to get for a solo character at low levels to begin with. Even then, I won't be in that level range for more than 5, though most likely little more than three days using just duty officer missions. Then looking forward to the next item I might get, the Corsair Flight Deck carrier is 127.5k dilithum that's 16 days of dilithum, again longer then I'm going to spend in that level range. beyond that i can get the vo'quv for my level 40 ship rending these ships mostly moot, with restrictions on the number of ships i can have it is hardly worthwhile to go back and get them afterwards. Anyways I was hoping that these costs could be modified so that these ships can be purchansed in the level range where they would be useful. There is a huge jump in price from the lower tier ships at 4.5k to 63.75k Perhaps 16k for the first group (commander grade tier 3) and 32 for the captian grade ships (tier 4). Anyways, it was bothering me as I was trying to earn these ships but it feel very pointless at this time.
