New Tribble Code and ESD Attack: More Bugs/Feedback

General Bugs:
Character originally loaded in ESD before the event. On beaming to ship, none of the Bridge officer stations were present (the bar on the HUD was missing, and the listing of stations on the character screen was completely missing as well. Had to warp to sector, then back into Sol to see these (and they were blank when they did appear.)
Attack Feedback:
More of a balance issue than a bug, but however it was working (or not) the targs shock aoe was a one to two-hit killer, especially when you got a lot of them crowding up to the transporter pad/respawn point. Serial death/respawn was the lot of many people in our Targ Pit.
