I'm having the same issue I found on Reddit

"The Polyadrenaline Shot and the Pacemaker are not spawning in the med bay. This means I can't distract the scientists, which means I can't get to Hakeev's personal files, which means I can't complete the mission. And I need to do the mission to get the credit for it on my Delta Recruit."

I have dropped and redone this mission several times. I have gotten the defiant and five lights accolade because I've done this several times. Need help!

Just wanted to update for admin/devs on my issue (#503248) that I was asked to report here on the forums by email. An admin was kind enough to provide the pacemaker and polyadrenaline shot items in my character's inventory; however, the window to apply/use them to the borg drone to distract the guards has the options greyed out, and does not allow me to continue and finish the mission.

I have provided screenshots in my email of the issue! Thank you in advance!
