Transwarp to Haakona System in "The Vault" broken for Klingons

I've tested this with every Klingon character on my account, and discovered that if I have the mission "The Vault" and attempt to transwarp to the mission, I ALWAYS end up at Qo'noS instead of Haakona. This is not the case for Federation characters. I've had this happen with new baby commanders starting in the Qo'noS system, all the way up to Generals in the Delta Quadrant. No matter what, if I attempt to transwarp to Haakona System for The Vault, I end up at Qo'noS.
