Klingon Delta Agent Iconian Technology missing.

I just went back and was trying to finish this with one of my klingons and ran into a problem with collecting the Iconian technologies during the "Mars, the Bringer of War" mission. I was able to find the first one in the ready room of the DeWitt. However; I have no clue where the second one is suppose to be located. After getting the first one I moved on to Penal Facility 47 and cleared it out, but just can't find the second technology. If you scan for clickables it points you toward any area you can't get to and says there is 1 anomaly in the area. ( I collected the one in the hallway behind the force feild.)

You guys really messed up the Delta's with the updates. The Vigilance arc gets cut out, messing up rewards for alts and having missions with missing elements.

Yay! The missing tech was added with the release of the new Delta recruit event.
