Klingon Receiver Reward Issue

The 'Improve the Bat'leth' reward for upgrading it to at least MK14 does not issue when using an Ultimate Upgrade. Tried changing maps, character and relog, but won't trip it.

EDIT. Reward triggered after hitting Lvl 65. Might not trigger until level up.
