Ponytail 01 - Version 2 : severe + pervasive material/texture issues

Issue: texture/material (not sure on the term to use) along bangs, sides, and ponytail of asset "Ponytail 01 - Version 2" has severe...issues. See. screenshots below.
Description: High gloss jagged rows pervade the asset, reflectance of these parts is high compared to surrounding hair (matte). Itemized; jagged material bands along entire bangs, three extremely high reflectance strips running along both sides of the head (stands out from surrounding hair, rotate asset to visualize), jagged material at the top of the ponytail, and the same throughout the base. This applies to all characters with the asset, has since its release.
Significance: The result is a unsatisfactory quality for serious space barbie use. This is a well modeled asset but one I've never used after noting the texture issues.
