Why can't I find the cross faction flying unlock in the Zen store?

I thought the cross faction flying unlock would be available for half price in the Zen store until the 25th of Feb. like it says in this article:

Special Introductory Pricing!
On PC, from January 26th, 2021 until the end of the Anniversary Event on February 25th, 2021, this special unlock will be discounted 50% OFF,
leaving the price at only 1,000 Zen.

Yet I can no longer find it there. Anyone know why not?

    It should be in the New section of the Zen store, but it's a waste of Zen TBH. Levelling a KDF toon to 65 is quite fast, taking about 20-28 hours of gameplay.

    You won’t see it if you already have it.

    Do you by chance have a Klingon Captain at level 65? If you do, then you got the unlock for free and that would cause it to not appear for purchase in the store.
