Time-Out or Very Slow Loading till unplayable

I'm from malaysia and as mentioned on title this is what happened to me now for 2 hours and counting (also this is second time, last one was a week ago)
Tried regular login, through all proxy options, rinse and repeat, the euro server met some success but its so slow the game's practically unplayable; US servers I'd say it'd be lucky to even load till character selection but everything else failed to show up and just stays blank
*after last week's issue I went to EU server and has been playing fine until now
Flush DNS, restart, replug modem, checked cable, called up service provider; nothing works~ I can connect to everything, watch hour long vid just not STO
And to satisfy curiosity I'm running the game so low its just short of being PS1 quality; and I'm well aware our connection is bad here, yet I've played almost 3 months since Dec and only now does it boot me off
