Did not receive all items of the Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack

I bought the Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack using the PSN store. When I signed in and went to claim the items I found I could only get the three ships and the uniform, I did not receive the Ship Slots, Caitian Officer, Exocomp Pet and the three titles.

I went through the support ticket process and was told to make this report. I checked all my characters and sent screenshots showing I did not receive the items in question.

Console versions of the game are independent of the PC version. Purchases made on PSN are only available on PlayStation and not on Holodeck, Tribble, or RedShirt for the PC.

May I also add. Looks like you have posted incorrectly. You should of posted in .... PS4 GAMEPLAY BUG REPORTS. But if you were on Tribble (the test server) not all items are available on the test server. As you purchased through the Playstation store you should take it up with them.
