Armada and Fleet chat broken with House Shattered update

Since the last major update both Armada and to a lesser extent Fleet chat channels have been broken. Armada chat disappears as a chat channel completely, a map instance change is necessary to "fix" it. Occasionally both Armada and Fleet chat disappear as available chat channels, in which case a re-log is needed for both to return.

These are significant issues that are affecting the ability to have my Armada's weekly events, is also negatively affecting online player count in STO in general.

Hoping this is fixed by the next update. People get the false impression they're being ignored when posting something in armada or fleet chat when in many cases others just can't respond because armada and/or fleet chat isn't an option.
