Experimental Upgrade Token Not applying to All Ships

Just applied my "Experimental Upgrade Token" to my new Klingon Faction characters' "Suliban Silik Flight Deck Assault Carrier [T6]"
It unlocked fine for that Character, so then I went on to my Main, a Federation Engineer, claimed the ship from the Yard, & it is NOT upgraded to T6-X & wants a token. It clearly states this Upgrade is Account Wide, so please fix it.

I'll try to click the Upgrade Button, but being that it's Grayed Out, I took that as I needed a Token to do it. I'll click the grey button and see what it says.

Indeed you are correct, I moused over the button & it said I must be at the shipyard, so I went there & the Button Lit up.

I had this same issue with the Peghqu' Heavy Destroyer, I upgraded it on my Lvl 65 Captain and then when I created a new captain and went to buy the destroyer it didn't give me the option to upgrade it for free. It wanted me to buy a token. The weird thing was I went to one of my older captains and he had a free upgrade to the ship but the new captains did not. I have the same issue with another federation cruiser that won't unlock across the account.

Anyway trying the spread the idea of having Experimental Ship Upgrade Token apply to shuttle since they have no tiers. like i want my shuttle to have an experimental weapon slot, extra console slot, and that is it no extra ship trait slot because that makes it too op. then inspire devs to do more shuttle content like shuttle only adventure zone, shuttle pvp battles like canyon battles on a huge asteroid, inside voth city ship, huge borg unimatrix fight.... stuff like that. also add join random pvp button on the pvp tab that will help with the lack of pvp alittle. also it is possible to get those first contact day backpacks as a costume option for playing said event. i have an alt would benefit with the backpack look. but the maco is too flat and the other back attachment don't like right on them being too back, too small, and not round/streamlined.
