i got the fighter to do the missions that require a small craft, and when i go to the tab where it is on my toon, it is nothing but a shell. no weapons, consoles, engines, etc. nadda. id like to know what ferengi sold me this shell so i can find him...

per the wiki, it should have all this stuff included.

If this is a Jem'hadar toon you're supposed to already have a small craft given to you when you make the toon. Was this a non-jem'hadar toon that you bought the fighter for?

While I agree with you that tickets should not be closed when they have not been resolved, darkbladejk is a community moderator and does not work for Cryptic. He can escalate this as a mod but otherwise he is not part of Cryptic's team. @ambassadorkael#6946 Why does Cryptic or PWE close tickets when they have not been resolved? Please ask this question the next time you check with the dev team.

As for this problem, may Cryptic fix this for you sooner rather than later.

Not to be a spoil sport, but when I went to the link for the wiki page to where it says Standard Configuration, it says that "On newly created Dominion characters, this small craft comes pre-equipped with the following Mk XII Very Rare equipment. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style. When purchasing this small craft on non-Dominion characters, or repurchasing it after dismissal on a Dominion character, it will not come with any equipment."

That was copy/pasted from the page.

So it seems that it is working correctly and is should not have the equipment on it, if you purchased on a non-jem'hadar character.

Buying the Fighter on a non-Dominion character gives you a fighter with 'standard issue' equipment (no consoles) like a shuttle would normally get as opposed to Rank 12 Very Rare.

The page could have been edited for any number of reasons. It's obviously not correct about there being no equipment, at least for non-Dominion characters. It makes sense that you wouldn't get a ship full of Very Rare level 12 when reclaiming or buying from the shipyard on a new character.

On a side note, if you look at the page for the starting Jem'Hadar Escort, it says the same thing about equipment and was modified Feb 10th.

so i still have lost my free shuttle purchase token with all this. have an empty shell i cant do diddly with for now, and i find it odd that the page was lest edited on the date above.

You could still equip it with regular equipment and use it, it would just use the same firing arcs as regular equipment, just not 360 degrees unless you use turrets or omni beams. And regular shields, impulse engine, etc still work normally on a small craft.
