New Ship Requisition Filter is broken. ( Resolved. )

When I went to get my free level 30 ship for my Klingon recruit, I saw that the menu had no drop down menu for tier and rank, as well as no more check boxes for battle cruiser, raptor and the like.
Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.

And knowing is half the battle!

    Resolved. It seems there is a drop down in the upper left hand corner of that menu that gives you those options.
    Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.
