"First Compliment" mission was never offered = No Duty officers (Issue resolved)

Just this happened to my Klingon character. As I look around to see what it would take to replace the 20 duty officers it looks like some mix of 20,000 Dilithium or more than 1,000,000EC on the exchange (Ignoring rarity). I can't even take the freebie pack from the store because it's Fed only. I won't be able to afford enough officers to get to where I'm supposed to be from this F-in bug until I'm well into Fleet Admiral. Especially since I can't earn dilithium outside of missions without duty officers.

    Thank you ARC if this was your doing. I logged in and ended up with 20 Hologram Duty officers. I'm assuming it was intervention and not that the character just hit level 15. Either way, I can fill up duty sessions now. :)

    You get several DOFF at level 11 (these are usually the ones they fail to show for some reason) at level 15 you get the hologram DOFF so you can start your RnD training.
