Stuck in Queue/Private Task Force

I was playing the Tholian Red Alert and was removed from the team mid battle. The game then removed me from the map and ever since then I have been unable to queue for any activities. The Tholian Red alert still shows checked in the queue system, and it still appears in the "Queued" list, but the "Queued" tab also says "none" simultaneously. Non-queue activities still work (missions, patrols, etc.) but the queue system is locked up. People on my friends list can invite me to a team, but not a private task force operation. They receive a message saying I am currently in a task force operation. I also cannot invite them to my task force operation, nor can I leave my task force operation. I have reached out to support and was prompted to write here and provided no immediate solution.
