EMH mk1 Bridge officer is gone for ever?

i bought EMH mk1 Bridge officer from phoenix is store and my slots were full it have informed me about it so i kicked one out to make space.
now i don't have either my old one or EMH mk1... in phoenix store it shows that i already own one... any chance to reclaim it ?

    Is it possible the item went to your bag or an overflow bag?

    thank you so much i thought that overflow bag is no more, because it was not visible in first status bar
