Hiya, support pointed me here so here I am.
Azure Nebula still has the issue that's now centuries old to the point of being a feature where ships don't spawn, causing lost optional objective, marks, time and most importantly happy pew pew fun. You can't pew pew when there's nothing but a timer, leaving causing a penalty, there's nothing more to do then file a ticket and watch YouTube waiting for the timer.
