I am still getting random hang-ups at the load screen upon first loading any of my characters. This frequently happens around the 90-40 mark on the load counter, but I've seen it happen as low as 83-43. It is entirely random, from what I can tell, as some characters will load in fine, while others will not. I seem to have to swap between characters that WILL load in, before I can attempt loading the ones that failed...hoping that they won't hang up this time.
It is getting terribly old having to close the game and re-open it dozens of time until a character properly loads. I've tried "waiting" it out, and personally witnessed the load screen do nothing for over an hour. Once I came back with an SNR counter in the tens of thousands with the game finally "loaded".
Clearly, this issue was NOT fixed in a recent patch.
