Unable to claim ships from the Temporal Agent Pack

I was asked to post this by ARC. After purchasing the Temporal Agent Pack I was unable to claim any of the ships. What I see at the aquire a new ship is either a "-" where the cost should be or the cost of the ship itself. I have the uniforms and the 0718 Android but nothing else. This is the case for every toon. After lots of back and forth ARC has decided to call it a bug.
