I have been directed to create this report in order to resolve my issue:
I purchased the Temporal Defense Initiative Overcharged Warp Core Mk XIII, Rare, from the reputation store. I then upgraded it to Mk XV Epic using one Ultimate Tech Upgrade.
After transwarping to DS9 to read the final temporal operative report, I set course to return to the Beta Quadrant, eager to test the speed of my new Temporal warp drive only to find that my speed was the same as before, around warp 12.9. When I opened my inventory to investigate, I found that my temporal warp drive had been transformed to a Field Stabilizing Warp Core, Mk XV, Epic. The temporal warp drive was not on my ship nor in my inventory. It had indeed been transformed.
When I reported the full details of the incident to Arc Support, they directed me to file this bug report.
