Undine T6?

Been out of the game for a few years due to jobs etc... and thinking of getting back into sto but have a few questions...

1, Is the T6 Undine playable yet? I remember the T5 Escort was my favourite ship and there were talk of making a T6 variant of all the existing T5 ships so just wondered if it was a thing yet?

2, What is the population like? i remember it being annoying to wait for STF to start due to lack of players waiting :-(

    1. They do have some T6s but they are Infinity lockbox box ships and I don't know how much they cost on the exchange (or if they are even on the market currently). The Kiwavi Bio-Cruiser is the T6 version of the Dromias and the Cheirax Bio-Warship is the T6 version of the Nicor. There may be others, but those are the two I know about.

    2. The population is actually larger than it has been in three or four years or more, though it is sometimes hard to tell just by looking around since they lowered the number of players per shard a bit (though you can get an idea by looking at the number of shards on the map change selector). Also the queues have been restructured so they tend to pop faster than they used to (unless everyone is at one of the many special events, like Winter Wonderland, though even that does not delay them too much (especially compared to dungeons in ESO and similar games).
