Is this on my end, or is it the game? Lighting 2.0 and TOS Interiors

Okay, for the record, there is a workaround, in that I turn Lighting 2.0 off while on those maps, but it's still annoying. Basically, whenever I am on TOS maps and go inside a building/ship (and ONLY inside a building/ship and on TOS maps), it ends up looking somewhat like this. Now this is by far the worst case I've encountered (Garlondon Core, past).

Now I suspect that it might be my GPU/card, mostly because I've encountered something vaguely similar in another game. There's it's broken HDR, but here... No idea. Again, I don't really mind it that much, but I thought I'd share in a "huh, that's odd" way.
