That's usually how it works because it's the T5 version that gets a unique material. Why exactly wasn't it changed when T6 ships showed up, is unknown. Probably a residual from the T5 Fleet system that couldn't be corrected. When the T6 ship has no existing T5 versions, the T6 Fleet does show the T6.

And after your point i think that may be the case... but still, when i first got my fleet arbiter (long ago) it was arbiter on the miniature... but now, when i pick it on my new toon to test some heavy cannon builds its avenger now, which is sad, ugly, and misleading for teammates who thinks its T-5U.
I hate Avenger design, it brings me bad memories when i was still working as a member of a rescue team...
So in the end i must go and buy Romies Mogai T6 version to fix that esthetic foux pas... sigh, thanks once more.
