YEAR OF KLINGON so far: Legendary bundle full of federation ships.
Freedom class exploration frigate (FED exclusive, not even a trait/console alternative in lobi store)..
New Terran Mirror Warship (FED exclusive, not even a trait/console alternative in lobi store)
Zero new Klingon ship, let alone klingon exclusive.
PvP maps are crowded with federation only players. Literally stomping on and kicking out KDF alligned players.
Is it really YEAR OF KLINGON? or DAWN OF KLINGON?
What do you think?

You're so far off the mark you missed the board and hit the moon!
4 New episodes, updates to Klingon characters, themed TFO space set, new T6 Carrier, and we're barely 6 months into the 'year'!
We know to come, are updates to Qo'Nos, more episodes, likely Legendary KDF ships and who knows what else.....but please, bare in mind that the schedule is somewhat delayed due to something to do with a pandemic! Patience!!!
Cryptic clearly defined what this means: Revamping the Klingon characters and missions and that is what they did and doing.

Please you all should drop mentioning any cross faction ship!!
I am referring to KDF EXCLUSIVE content! Because that don't exist! Any space gear KDF have FED can also obtain. But Not every FED gear can be used by KDF.
At least before KDF got a trait/console combo in lobi store is the ship was not usable. But not anymore!
Feels like a slap on the face.
Anyone attacking this discussion is a true FED only Kirk Wannabe :P But OK.. Trolls are also welcome.

No, content refers to missions. Story missions or TFOs, all of which have been Klingon themed so far.

Not those particular missions (they are open to all as are all other missions that are not tutorial or first mission string stuff regardless of which faction they are "hosted" by), but the rework of the KDF tutorial and faction-specific first mission string are only playable by KDF.
Everything that has not been specifically cross-faction or CBS-promo items tied directly to current shows as a kind of back-door advertising HAS been Klingon-centric if not KDF only. And remember, the "year" only started a few months ago, not at the beginning of the calendar year.
don't bother to try to reason with them. the subset of posters on the forum are analogous to the "peaceful protesters" who have burned down Portland and Kenosha. they want it all they want it now and it still will not be enough.
At current as people have stated Year of Klingon isn't even close to over and won't be until after June 30th 2021 (or a year after it started funny how that works or have people forgotten that a "year" refers to 365 days not specific dates).
Unless you work for Cryptic on the STO team we can't really know for sure what's in the works so to assume that what we've gotten so far is all we'll ever get for YoK is at best unwarranted. More ships could be coming the anniversary ship is probably cross faction but that doesn't exclude other ships that are KDF exclusive and there's been very strong hints for a legendary pack for KDF.
Are we sure on it? I thought YoK was till the STO anniversary. I dont care on exclusivelity personally. As a KDF player I am happy if others get ships in same bundle and I like the format of 4 ship bundles, one for each faction. I do hope however that we get at least a couple legendary ships too.
I think this is the big issue here. How are people measuring time? A year in STO is fairly measured from anniversary to anniversary. Thus, this year, there have been 12 FED ships released and 1 KDF ship. If we want to say the YOK starts in june or something, then sure there are only 2 FED ships released and 1 KDF ship, but KDF to date still has no legendary ships.
We are halfway through. They only planned 6 total missions for the year of klingon and we have 3 out of 6. We were supposed to have another one with this House Shattered update, but they delayed the 4th mission to release with the final 2 on the anniversary.
