Promotional Code Not Working

On March 3rd, 2020 I won a Promotional Code for a Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack for Star Trek Online from FreeMMOStation.com's Star Trek Online Free Limited Edition Anniversary badge and Free In-Game Codes Giveaway (PC Only). I received the code via e-mail from Vitor Braz at FreeMMOStation.com. This was part of the STO Legacy 10th Anniversary celebration.

The Giveaway URL was https://www.freemmostation.com/giveaways/star-trek-online-free-limited-edition-anniversary-badge-game-codes-giveaway-pc-only/

At the beginning of October, I logged into my ARC account, and attempted to input the code. I received a message stating
"Your items could not be sent. Please log into STO and reenter your code. If you continue to have problems, please contact customer support for further help." Subsequent attempts to re-enter the code during the same log-in period gave me the response of "The server is busy now, Please try again later."

I did not have much time to spend on the issue... so I simply tried again a couple of times over the next couple of weeks with the same results from ARC.

I tried again on October 21st, 2020. This time I did log on to Star Trek Online, and then attempted to enter the code. Once again, I received the same message. I logged in and out multiple times with no success.

I then registered a support ticket #330955 on the same day, with this information.

I received emails from Customer Support asking me to log into the ARC site via web browser in order to attempt to redeem the code using the following link: https://www.arcgames.com/en/code-redemption

I received the message: "Unable to Redeem code. Please try again later."

I was then asked to "please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies including the browsing history?" I did this. I use Mozilla Firefox, which is up to date. I restarted my Arc Client as well, I attempted again to input the code through both the website link and the ATC Client. Neither attempt was successful. I reported this to Customer Service.

On October 23rd, 2020, I was contacted by another Customer Service Representative, who advised me that my code was still valid, and to attempt to input it at the following link, which he sent me: https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem . I attempted this and the code failed to work yet again.
I reported this to Customer Service.

Today, I was asked to post a bug report here with all of the relevant information.

    You may of left it too late now to redeem your code. Have you tried code redemption at the top of the forum. However if you have been sent an invalid code you should really take it up with freemmostation.com. Are you inputting the code or copy and pasting it.
