Episode tab broken again.

Just what the title says. Instead of the bulk of the episode tab unlocking it is all grayed out and if you have to to get to an arc further down the line (like New Frontiers, after all what good are free-leveling weapons and systems if you are already at level 12 by the time you get to the missions that give them?) it has to be done skipping one mission at a time and a lot of them are unskipable all together (and not all of them are the "go talk to X" ones either). So far I have been all day just trying to get to the missions I wanted to do this morning and am getting burned out just slogging though the garbage.
